Spencer Hansen and Aleph Geddis will be presenting their first show together at Skye Gallery in Aspen, Colorado. In Tandem  features a collection of collaborative works by Spencer and Aleph as well as a wide variety of solo pieces from both artists. The exhibition runs  February 23rd – April 10th, with an opening reception February 23rd from 5-7 pm. 

Spencer Hansen will be presenting  his first solo show with Skye Gallery in Aspen, Colorado. Please Play is the culmination of a lifetime of artistic explorations featuring new one-of-a-kind pieces of interactive handmade sculpture and masks. The exhibition runs  January 5th –February 20th, with an opening reception January 5th from 6-9 pm.  

Please Play welcomes us into a strange world, reminding us of the power of curiosity and the often under-valued art of play. Working with a palette of natural materials of wood, leather, metal, ceramic and bone, each piece dances with the relationship between light and dark, texture, weight, time and form.
